New AI Course Creator Updates: September 2024 Release
Seamlessly Upload Courses to Your LMS Using SCORM Files
Annual subscribers can now export courses as SCORM files straight from the Course Builder or Course List page. This simplifies the process of sharing and integrating courses across various platforms and learning management systems.
How to Download Courses as SCORM Files
- In the course builder, you’ll see the “Download SCORM” button right next to the Preview button.
- To export your course as a SCORM file, click this button. A pop-up will appear, allowing you to choose the SCORM version you wish to download. AI Course Creator supports the latest version, SCORM 2004.
- You can also export courses as SCORM files from the Course List view. Click the ellipses button in the upper right corner of the course thumbnail, then select the Download SCORM option.
Embed Extra Resources in Your Course Using the Document Viewer
Previously announced as an upcoming feature, the Document Viewer is now live! You can now embed PowerPoint and PDF files directly into your courses, enabling students to easily access additional resources to improve their understanding.
How to Add Documents to Courses
- In the course builder, select Document Viewer from the Media button in the toolbar.
- A new content block will appear. Click the Upload File button to continue. Only PowerPoint and PDF files are accepted.
- After selecting a file, save your changes.
- Click Preview to see how the Document Viewer will look within your course content.

Stock Photos on Demand, Within Your Course Builder
Incorporating images into your course content is a surefire way to keep students from getting bored with walls of text, but searching and incorporating images into your course content can be time-consuming. You’d have to browse different stock image sites and switch between apps just to include your new images into your course content.

How to Access Your Free Image Library
- In your course builder, add an image block.
- Click Add Image and select Browse FREE Image Library in the pop-up.
- Select between Pexels and Unsplash and type in your search query to find photos that match your needs. Once you find an image you like, click the Add button to add it onto your course content.
- You’ll then be able to crop or replace the image as you like.

How to Generate AI Images in Your Course Builder
- In your course builder, add an image block as you normally would.
- Click Add Image and select Generate Image via AI.
- A pop-up requesting an image description will appear. Input your prompt and click Generate Detailed Description.
- Once e-Bot creates a more detailed description, click Generate AI Image.
- You’ll get an AI image that you can crop, replace, or reposition as necessary.
